Cashback is a commission that retailers pay us when members make purchases through Appre. We then pass this commission on to our members as cashback, which can be a fixed amount or a percentage of the purchase.

First, create an account and set up your saving goals in ‘My Goals'. Then, to start earning cashback, choose a retailer or service on Appre and click ‘Earn Cashback'. This opens the retailer’s site in a new tab, where you can shop as usual. If your purchase qualifies, cashback will be recorded in your Appre account, which you can put towards your saving goals.

Appre lets you direct cashback earnings towards the saving goals that matter most to you. Think of us as your shopping and saving search engine: just search for a retailer or category to see if you can earn cashback on what you’re buying. With hundreds of retailers—from holidays to gadgets, clothing, and sports gear—you’ll find plenty of opportunities. Plus, keep an eye out for flash sales, bonuses, and boosted cashback offers to earn even more!

Yes, your security is our top priority. Appre is ICO-compliant, and your cashback is securely stored with our FCA-regulated and FSCS-protected banking partner(s). We don’t store any bank account data, and the only personal information we require is your email, which you can remove anytime by contacting us at hello@appre.co.uk.

To withdraw funds, go to your dashboard and select 'My Goals'. From there, you can submit a withdrawal request. Please ensure your bank account is linked, and note that only earned funds can be withdrawn—pending cashback cannot be withdrawn as it has not yet been sent to us from the retailer.

No, there are no hidden fees. Appre is free to use, and we pass 100% of the commission we receive from brand partners back to you as cashback. Transparency is one of our core values.

While most transactions track successfully, certain factors like anti-virus software or browser protection may prevent cashback from being recorded. Don’t worry—first, wait up to seven days, as some transactions take longer to report. If your cashback still hasn’t tracked, email us at hello@appre.co.uk, and we’ll investigate.

If your cashback is marked as 'pending,' it’s because we're waiting for the retailer to process and send it to us. Retailers are typically invoiced at the end of the month in which the transaction occurred, so purchases made early in the month may take longer. After the invoice is sent, it can take up to 90 days for cashback to reach us. Once received, your cashback status will change from 'pending' to 'earned,' and you'll be notified via email and within your Appre dashboard.
